Warranty
Warranty Policy
This
Warranty Policy applies to products purchased through corereforme.com,
which is operated by Core Reforme Limited, a company registered in New
Zealand.
Warranty Coverage
Core
Reforme Limited warrants its Pilates equipment against manufacturing defects in
materials and workmanship for the periods outlined below, commencing from the
original date of delivery.
Coverage Periods
- Wooden
Frames & Welded Components – 10
years - Metal
& Aluminium Components, Gear Bar & Foot Bar Mechanisms – 5
years - Springs – 12
months - Ropes,
Straps, Handles, Clips, Rotational Disks & Upholstery – 12
months - All
Other Components – 12 months
Warranty Terms & Conditions
This
warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal and
intended use, provided the product has been used and maintained in accordance
with Core Reforme Limited’s guidelines.
This
warranty does not cover:
- Damage
caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, or accidents - Normal
wear and tear, including wear resulting from high-frequency or commercial
use - Improper
assembly or installation not carried out by an approved Core Reforme
technician - Modifications
or alterations not authorised by Core Reforme Limited - Damage
occurring during transport or delivery not arranged by Core Reforme
Limited - Cosmetic
damage (including scratches, dents, or discolouration) unless reported at
delivery
Proof of
purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty Remedies
If a
warranty claim is approved, Core Reforme Limited will, at its
discretion:
- Repair
the defective component, or - Replace
the defective component with a comparable part
In some
cases, replacement parts may be provided for customer installation with
instructions.
Shipping & Warranty Claims
Where a
warranty claim is approved due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, Core
Reforme Limited will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with the
warranty remedy, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping
costs may apply where replacement parts are requested outside the warranty
scope or where no defect is confirmed.
Commercial Use
For
commercial environments (including Pilates studios, physiotherapy clinics, and
gyms), the above warranty coverage applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Components
subject to high-frequency use (such as springs and upholstery) may experience
accelerated wear, which is considered normal and not covered unless a
manufacturing defect is evident.
Statutory Consumer Rights
This
warranty is provided in addition to and does not limit or exclude any
rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Core
Reforme Limited complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
and Fair Trading Act 1986. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in
your country provide greater rights, those rights will apply.
