Warranty

At Core Reforme, we stand by the quality of our Pilates equipment and offer the following warranty against manufacturing defects.

Coverage Periods

  • Wooden Frames & Welded Components – 10 years
  • Metal & Aluminium, Gear Bar, and Foot Bar Mechanisms – 5 years
  • Springs – 12 months
  • Ropes, Straps, Handles, Clips, Rotational Disks, Upholstery – 12 months
  • All Other Components – 12 months

Warranty Terms & Conditions

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal intended use, provided that the product has been used and maintained according to our guidelines.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Wear and tear from commercial or high-volume usage, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Improper assembly or installation not carried out by an approved Core Reforme technician
  • Modifications or alterations not authorised by Core Reforme
  • Damage caused during transport or delivery not arranged by Core Reforme
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) unless noted at delivery

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

If a claim is approved, Core Reforme will repair or replace the defective part(s) at our discretion.

  • Shipping fees related to warranty replacements may apply and will be quoted based on location.
  • In some cases, replacement parts may be dispatched for customer installation with provided instructions.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser from Core Reforme or an authorised distributor.

Exclusions for Commercial Use

For commercial environments (e.g., Pilates studios, physiotherapy clinics, gyms), the above coverage still applies unless a separate commercial agreement specifies otherwise. High-frequency use may accelerate wear of certain components (e.g., springs, upholstery), which is considered normal and not covered under warranty unless a manufacturing defect is evident.
