This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through corereforme.com, operated by Core Reforme Limited, a company registered in New Zealand.

1. Countries We Ship To

We ship to customers in the following nine countries:

If your country is not listed at checkout, we are not currently able to fulfil orders to your destination. Please contact us at customerservice@corereforme.com for future availability enquiries.

2. International Shipping & Fulfilment

All products are built to order and dispatched directly from our production partner in Shanghai, China. Production begins after order confirmation, and delivery follows once manufacturing and quality checks are complete.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of confirmed payment. The handling period covers order verification, production scheduling, and dispatch preparation. Transit times begin once the order leaves our production partner in Shanghai.

During handling you will receive:

• Production confirmation once manufacturing begins
• Progress updates throughout fulfilment
• Photos of your completed reformer prior to dispatch
• Tracking details once your order has shipped

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are broken down into handling time and transit time. All figures are in business days from order confirmation.

These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing times or remote delivery locations. Customers will be notified promptly of any material delays.

5. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs (DDP)

All orders to all nine destinations listed above are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means:

• Import duties are included in your order total
• Customs clearance fees are included
• Applicable import taxes are included

You will not be asked to pay any additional customs charges or import taxes upon delivery. The price shown at checkout is the total price payable to Core Reforme Limited — there are no surprise charges at the door.

6. Shipping Cost

Shipping is included in the product price for all nine destinations listed above. No separate shipping fee is charged at checkout.

7. Delivery Service

Standard delivery includes door-to-door curbside delivery. Our local delivery partner will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable time.

Optional placement services (such as moving equipment into a specific room or up a staircase) may be available through the local delivery provider for an additional agreed fee. These are optional and arranged directly with the delivery partner before delivery is completed.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or failure to coordinate delivery with our local partner, additional redelivery fees may apply. These will be quoted to you before redelivery is arranged.

9. Returns & Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility. Core Reforme reformers are large, heavy items shipped internationally. Return freight for this product class typically ranges from £800–£2,000 depending on your location and chosen carrier. We strongly recommend obtaining a return shipping quote before initiating a return.
