OUR OPERATIONS & TRANSPARENCY

Core Reforme is a trading name of Core Reforme Limited, a company registered in New Zealand.

 

We operate internationally and serve customers in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and other global markets.

 

All reformers are manufactured and dispatched directly from our long-standing production partner in Shanghai, China. Each machine is built to order and shipped internationally via freight services.

 

All orders are delivered Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means import duties, customs clearance, and applicable taxes are included in the purchase price. Customers will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

 

Estimated delivery timeframe is 6–10 weeks from order confirmation, including production and international transport.

 

We believe transparency is an essential part of trust. Our policies clearly outline delivery timelines, returns, and warranty coverage so customers can make informed decisions before purchasing.
