Every machine is built to order and quality-checked before it ships.

Priority air freight (about 10 days) is available on request.

Machines ship in a protective wooden crate. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge.

Warranty

All machines are covered against manufacturing defects:

Wooden frames and welded components: 10 years
Metal and aluminium parts, gear bar and footbar mechanisms: 5 years
Springs, ropes, straps, handles, clips and upholstery: 12 months
All other components: 12 months

Assembly

Your machine arrives largely pre-assembled, with a step-by-step manual showing photos and labelled parts. You'll fit a few components such as the pulley sticks, shoulder rests and ropes.

Customise your machine

Choose from eight upholstery colours and mix them, for example a pink box with a burgundy carriage. We can also add initials or full studio branding, or build a bespoke frame with a different length, height or spring strength. Contact us to customise.

We ordered 12 sienna reformers in a beautiful red/ burgundy colour. From the very beginning Sarah was amazing at answering the hundreds of questions we had and made the process very easy with excellent communication about the delivery process. We ordered from the UK and we had our reformers 10 weeks after ordering. The reformers all come very well protected and we were truly impressed with them when we finally got to see them. Absolutely in love with our Sienna Reformer Beds!

We absolutely love our reformer beds from Core Reform—they’ve been an incredible addition to our studio at We Move Pilates.

From the moment clients walk in, they notice them. Everyone calls them the “posh beds” because they’re so luxurious and beautifully elevated off the floor. They really bring a premium feel to the whole space.

One of the standout features for us is the width of the beds. They’re so comfortable and accommodating for all body types, which has made a huge difference—especially in making male clients feel just as at ease as female clients.

The quality across every detail is exceptional. The jump boards are incredibly sturdy and secure—nothing flimsy about them at all. The spring tension system is also fantastic, with clear progression from light to medium to hard, making it really intuitive and easy for clients to understand and adjust.

We also love how simple it is to move the footbar up and down—it’s smooth and hassle-free, which really helps during fast-paced classes. And the straps are just beautiful—soft, comfortable, and feel really luxurious in your hands.

Will I pay anything extra on delivery?

No. Shipping, import duties and taxes are all included in the price you see, and every order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Nothing more is due at the door.

How much space do I need?

Allow a floor area of about 3.5 × 1.9 m. The machine measures 228 × 68 cm, plus around 60 cm clear on every side so you can step on and off and move freely.

Can I pay with a deposit?

Yes. Choose the 50% deposit option at checkout and pay the remaining 50% within 30 days.

Ordering several machines for a studio? The balance is due on delivery, once you receive your tracking number.

Who is it suitable for?

Everyone from first-time reformer users to instructors. Springs, footbar and headrest all adjust to your level. As a comfortable guide, it suits users up to about 180 cm and 150 kg. Taller, or want advice? Message us and we'll help.

Can I see one in person?

Yes. Our machines are in studios all over the UK and Europe. Tell us where you are using the form and we'll point you to the closest studio, so you can try one before you buy.

What if I change my mind, or it arrives damaged?

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel. The machine needs to be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging, and return freight is at your cost.

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 5 days and we'll put it right at our cost. See our refund policy for full details.
