Always love Sophie’s classes she always always challenges me so much and gets the most out of me! 

Sophie is a great instructor who makes the hour fly by! She knows lots of options to make exercises more challenging or if you need some support. There is so much more to Pilates than I originally thought and I love all of the different options of equipment you can mix it up with too.

We always have a lot of fun through the burn- addictive stuff! Sophie is the best at what she does.
