FAQS

PRODUCT

HOW MUCH IS VAT?

VAT is already included in our prices, so there are no additional customs or import fees beyond the price stated on our website.

DOES THE REFORMER ARRIVE ASSEMBLED OR REQUIRE INSTALLATION?

Core Reforme reformers are delivered largely pre-assembled, with only a small number of components requiring setup upon arrival. A step-by-step instruction manual is provided on each product page to guide the final assembly process.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT & HEIGHT?

Recommended height under 180cm weight under 150kgs

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY REFORMER?

Absolutely! We love that our clients can make their reformer truly their own. You can choose from eight core colours and even mix and match them—like a pink sitting box with a burgundy carriage.

For a really personal touch, we can add initials or even do full studio branding. And if you need something specific, like adjusting the carriage length, height, or spring strength, we can build a bespoke frame to fit your exact needs. We want to create a machine that feels uniquely yours.

WHAT MAKES CORE REFORME DIFFERENT TO OTHER PILATES REFORMER BRANDS?

Core Reforme combines studio-grade performance with refined design and long-term durability. In addition to high-quality construction, selected models offer customisable upholstery, tailored configurations, and branding options for studios seeking a personalised aesthetic.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE DURABILITY AND PREMIUM QUALITY IN EVERY MACHINE?

We use premium materials and put every component through thorough testing. But honestly, the best proof is our 10-year warranty. We stand by our machines so you can feel completely confident in your investment.

ARE CORE REFORME REFORMERS SUITABLE FOR BOTH HOME AND STUDIO USE?

Core Reforme reformers are built to studio-grade standards, making them suitable for daily commercial use while remaining practical for home environments.

IS THIS A COMMERICAL-GRADE PILATES REFORMER?

Yes. Select Core Reforme models, including the Sienna Reformer and Lumen Reformer, are designed for continuous daily use in professional Pilates studios and clinical settings. Each product page clearly states whether the model is suitable for commercial environments.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED TO BUILD THE REFORMER?

Core Reforme reformers are constructed using high-quality materials, including solid maple wood or precision-engineered aluminium alloy frames, durable upholstery, and professional-grade springs and components.

WHAT ARE THE DEMINSIONS OF THE PILATES REFORMER?

Each Core Reforme reformer has clearly listed dimensions on the product page, including length, width, and height, to help ensure suitability for your space.

IS THIS REFORMER SUITABLE FOR CONTINOUS DAILY STUDIO USE?

SHIPPING

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to the following countries: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, and the United States.

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no additional customs fees or import taxes are payable upon delivery.

If your country is not listed, please get in touch at customerservice@corereforme.com and we'll do our best to help.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER?

They’ll contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

As our machines are large and heavy, we do ask that someone is available to assist the driver on arrival.

HOW ARE YOUR MACHINES SHIPPED?

Our machines are carefully packaged in a durable wooden crate to ensure they are well-protected during transit. This approach minimises the risk of damage and ensures your machine arrives in excellent condition.

You will need to dispose of the wooden crate, but is easy to dismantle down into smaller pieces to fit into standard recycling or waste disposal.

HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

10 Days After Order: You will receive your Estimated Delivery Date (ETA) and images of your machine.

Final Delivery Stage: Once the shipment has arrived in your country and cleared customs (approx. 10 days before delivery), we will notify you.

Delivery Confirmation: The local delivery company will then contact you 1–2 days in advance to confirm the final delivery time.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND WHAT DOES DELIVERY INCLUDE?

Delivery times vary by location and are displayed on each product page. Customers are kept informed with updates throughout the delivery process.

CAN CORE REFORME SUPPORT STUDIO DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION?

Core Reforme coordinates scheduled delivery for studio orders, including multi-unit deliveries where required. Installation services are not included, and reformers are delivered largely pre-assembled with setup instructions provided.
