DOES THE REFORMER ARRIVE ASSEMBLED OR REQUIRE INSTALLATION?

Core Reforme reformers are delivered largely pre-assembled, with only a small number of components requiring setup upon arrival. A step-by-step instruction manual is provided on each product page to guide the final assembly process.

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY REFORMER?

Absolutely! We love that our clients can make their reformer truly their own. You can choose from eight core colours and even mix and match them—like a pink sitting box with a burgundy carriage.

For a really personal touch, we can add initials or even do full studio branding. And if you need something specific, like adjusting the carriage length, height, or spring strength, we can build a bespoke frame to fit your exact needs. We want to create a machine that feels uniquely yours.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER?

They’ll contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. 

As our machines are large and heavy, we do ask that someone is available to assist the driver on arrival.

HOW ARE YOUR MACHINES SHIPPED?

Our machines are carefully packaged in a durable wooden crate to ensure they are well-protected during transit. This approach minimises the risk of damage and ensures your machine arrives in excellent condition.

 

You will need to dispose of the wooden crate, but is easy to dismantle down into smaller pieces to fit into standard recycling or waste disposal.

HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

10 Days After Order: You will receive your Estimated Delivery Date (ETA) and images of your machine.
 

Final Delivery Stage: Once the shipment has arrived in your country and cleared customs (approx. 10 days before delivery), we will notify you.
 

Delivery Confirmation: The local delivery company will then contact you 1–2 days in advance to confirm the final delivery time.

Yes. Core Reforme offers tailored pricing and support for studios purchasing multiple reformers or completing full fit-outs.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If you are returning an item because you simply changed your mind or no longer wish to keep the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to return your items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note that return shipping can be costly, especially for international orders. We are unable to cover these costs unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotions or offers.

WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCESS?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method used at checkout.
