Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through corereforme.com, operated by Core Reforme Limited, a company registered in New Zealand.
1. Countries We Ship To
We ship to customers in the following nine countries:
- United Kingdom (GB)
- Germany (DE)
- France (FR)
- Austria (AT)
- Portugal (PT)
- Australia (AU)
- New Zealand (NZ)
- United Arab Emirates (AE)
- United States (US)
If your country is not listed at checkout, we are not currently able to ship to your destination. Please contact us at customerservice@corereforme.com for any enquiries about future availability.
2. International Shipping & Fulfilment
All products are built to order and dispatched directly from our production partner in Shanghai, China. Production begins after order confirmation, and delivery follows once manufacturing and quality checks are complete.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times include production, international freight, customs clearance, and final-mile delivery. Estimated transit times by country are as follows:

These timeframes are estimates from order confirmation to delivery and may vary slightly due to customs processing or remote delivery locations. Customers will be notified of any material delays.
4. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs (DDP)
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to all nine destinations listed above. This means:
- Import duties are included.
- Customs clearance fees are included.
- Applicable import taxes are included.
Customers will not be required to pay additional customs fees or import taxes upon delivery. The total price shown at checkout is the final price payable to Core Reforme Limited.
5. Delivery Service
Standard delivery includes door-to-door curbside delivery. The local delivery partner will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable time.
Optional placement services (such as moving equipment into specific rooms or up staircases) may be available through the local delivery provider for an additional agreed fee. These services are optional and arranged directly with the delivery partner prior to completion of delivery.
6. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Customers will receive production confirmation and shipping updates throughout the fulfilment process, including photos of the completed reformer prior to dispatch and tracking details once available.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Failure to coordinate delivery with our local partner
